Taking it off!

Taking it off... and I don't mean my clothes.  You can breathe a sigh of relief!

I'm working hard on taking off the 4 pounds I gained while I was away.  I made the Weight Watcher's "Hearty Turkey Chili" and it's, well, hearty!  I've been eating it every day for lunch (4 points per serving) and I feel quite full afterward.

Having said that - it still has the usual "chili effect".

I suppose it's part  'taking it off' and part 'blowing it off'.
